Well, what is the no-limits holdem? At first holdem poker is a game of bets, based on the incomplete information about the cards, which are used to create situations for an appropriate bets. The players bet and call according to their vision of their hands and suppose their hands are better than others at the end of the game.

To accomplish such estimation you have to take in account the four factors:

  1. Probability of opponents’ hands growing during the new cards opening. It looks like an easy math task.
  2. Estimation of an opponent hand based on his behaviour, bets, general game style and so on.
  3. Probability of opponents hand improving. This task is a bit harder because we do not know opponent’s cards.
  4. Expected profit of the pot

When an experienced texas holdem player plays out his hand, he looks at his hards, considers his opponents behaviour, thinks about the bet amount and, according to his experience and knowledge, he is trying to guess what to do than: to check, to bet, to call or to fold.

When you’re playing many hands in holdem one of the factors is as so important than the others aren’t worth much time to consider. For example:

  1. A player has so strong hand that there is no importance what do his opponents have.
  2. A player has too weak hand and thinks he’ll loose in any case if the game reaches the showdown.
  3. Pot is so high that he is able to play the hand almost without “checking”.

Don’t make a mistake though, thinking that even these hands are easy to play!

There is no easy hands to play in no limits Texas Hold’em poker.

And as far as you do not have to show your cards in order to win, every hand can win under appropriate circumstances.
